Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Pickup

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
